This route is extremely popular between many pilots with Heathrow and Schiphol being many people's 'Favourite' destinations. So after high demand from that last one, the GB & NL event coordinators have decided to make this happen!
This event is going to take place on Saturday the 20th of January and between the time 18:00z - 22:00z.
Scheduling wise, unlike the Heathrow
Birthday event, you will not be required to register a flight. All you
need to do is just turn up. However in the forum topic (listed below) -
we suggest you confirm whether you are able to make it so we can gather
numbers.
At both airports and between you can expect ATC coverage from Delivery
all the way to the Area controllers - Fully Staffed with quality ATC including
members from Euroharmony. You must be prepared for holding patterns as
we expect numbers to reach 300+ and must be familiar with these
operations - information can be found about these.

Info & Suggestions
» Read back all commands clearly and quickly
» On first contact state callsign only; for example: "Harmony 1798 With
you"
» Bring plenty of fuel - you will most likely be put into a hold.
» Very busy ILS's - be prepared for landing clearances as late as
300ft to the ground or a go around.
» Try and fly online with voice, you can fly online with text, however
with heavy traffic, text pilots could cause overloaded controllers
problems.
» Correct callsigns for Heathrow:
Heathrow Director - Not Heathrow Approach
London Control - Not London Centre
» Please do not use 'FsPassengers'as this may cause problems in the
crowded airspace!
» Last but not least don't forget CHARTS!
See you all in the online skies!
